Warranty Policy

Introduction

At Yes We Can Drinks, we are dedicated to offering emergency canned water that meets the highest standards of safety and usability. This warranty policy outlines our guarantee against defects affecting the water's usability, identifies exclusions from coverage, and describes how to initiate a warranty service request.

Warranty Coverage

Yes We Can Drinks ensures our emergency canned water will be safe for consumption and free from defects impacting its quality for a period of 100 years from the date of manufacturing. This warranty applies solely to products that have been registered with Yes We Can Drinks following purchase.

We acknowledge that the FDA does not define a shelf life for bottled water. However, our commitment to quality extends to ensuring that our emergency canned water remains free from harmful bacteria, including but not limited to E. coli, Salmonella, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as these are commonly regulated and monitored by health authorities such as the CFIA and FDA to safeguard public health.

Conditions for Warranty Validity

To maintain the validity of the warranty:

  • The Yes We Can – Emergency Water must be stored at a temperature between 10 – 25 degrees Celsius in a controlled environment, away from direct sunlight, strong odors, and dust.
  • This warranty specifically covers instances of contamination by regulated bacteria or other harmful contaminants in water from the same batch number that Yes We Can has stored at the time of production, as confirmed through our annual testing.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

Exclusions from this warranty include:

  • Issues not related to the water's safety or usability, such as physical damage to the can that does not impact the integrity of the water inside.
  • Problems resulting from misuse, improper storage, or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions.
  • Damage from acts of nature or other external forces.

This warranty is exclusive to Yes We Can emergency canned water and does not extend to other products or accessories.

Warranty Service

If our emergency canned water is found to be contaminated with the specified bacteria or does not meet the CFIA and FDA standards for water safety during the warranty period, Yes We Can Drinks will replace the affected cans. A handling fee will apply, and shipping costs for the replacement water will be the responsibility of the consumer.
